BOOTH SPACE: |
- All booths will include an 8ft table and 1 chair
- Reminder...: it is a space and not a walled booth
- Exhibitor supplied back-drops welcome
- You must supply your own props, cords, lighting, etc…
- Supplied tables will be draped
- Any additional tables must be draped to the floor to conceal boxes etc. |
INSURANCE: |
All exhibitors are responsible for their own liability and property insurance. |
DOOR PRIZE: |
A small item donation for door prizes would be greatly appreciated. The door prize funds will go to a local non profit organization. |
SALES TAXES: |
Collection and remittance of applicable taxes are the responsibility of the exhibitor. |
FOOD: |

CONCESSION: |
The Sicamous and District Recreation Center Concession will be open during show hours to offer you a variety of food and beverage choices. |
